Petrova Law is in the business of representing healthcare practices.  We happily work with physicians, medical practices, chiropractors, optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other medical specialists.

Allie enjoys working physicians because of her personal background.  Ms. Petrova comes from a family with a strong tradition in medicine and dentistry, and has an intimate understanding of the business, legal, and operational challenges that accompany the medical field.  Ms. Petrova grew up around an orthopedic surgeon aunt, a cardiologist granduncle, and an ophthalmologist grandaunt.  Her mother and brother are dentists, and practice operations topics continue to be common at home.

We negotiate associate agreements, assist with due diligence and negotiations for practice purchases and sales, prepare buy-sell agreements, counsel on succession planning, and many other transitional and operational matters encountered at different stages of a professional career in the medical field.
