Greensboro, North Carolina — Petrova Law PLLC is pleased to announce that Allie Petrova was elected Chair of the Tax Section of the North Carolina Bar Association for 2021-2022.
The NCBA Tax Section offers a wide variety of programs on tax issues and engages in tax policy, tax pro bono projects and tax legislative projects. The Section meets annually with the N.C. Department of Revenue and IRS representatives located in North Carolina. The Section sponsors continuing education programs and services and helps conveys the NCBA’s legislative agenda for presentation to the General Assembly.
Allie Petrova, a tax and business attorney based in North Carolina, works with startups and new businesses from business launch through the steps of business transition and business sale. Ms. Petrova also advises buyers on business acquisitions.
