Attorney Petrova comes from a family with a strong tradition in medicine and dentistry, and has an intimate understanding of the business, legal, and operational challenges that accompany healthcare practice management and operations. Ms. Petrova grew up around an orthopedic surgeon aunt, a cardiologist granduncle, and an ophthalmologist grandaunt. Her brother and mother are dentists.
We negotiate associate agreements, assist with due diligence and negotiations for practice purchases and sales, prepare buy-sell agreements, counsel on succession planning, and many other transitional and operational matters encountered at different stages of a professional career in veterinary medicine.
